- Is there adaptive exercise equipment such as roll-in strength training machines, hand cycles, underwater exercise equipment, etc.?
- Are classes offered that are tailored to disabled patrons, such as wheelchair aerobics, aqua yoga, martial arts for persons who are physically challenged, and so on?
- Are the machines with cables and pulleys adjustable for people of different heights?
- Do locker rooms have accessible restrooms, showers with benches, lockers and sinks at appropriate heights, accessible hooks, lowered blow dryers for hair and hands?
- Are floor materials non-skid?
- Is there a ramp entry into the whirlpool and pool? Is there a submersible wheelchair for water entry?
- If there are other services such as massage, tanning, and spa treatments do they have accessible beds, etc.?
