AAA Book Series for Travelers with Disabilities

While traveling it is sometimes difficult to determine the accessibility of your destination as it will fit your personal needs. The American Automobile Association (AAA) has released a series of books on geared toward the person with a disability on the go. The AAA Barrier-Free Travel series provides detailed information on facilities at hotels, restaurants and area tourist attractions, including an accessibility ranking.

Current guides are available for California, Hawaii, Las Vegas, central Florida, New York, and Washington, DC. They are available at bookstores and AAA offices near you and retail for $12.95 each. The guides may also be purchased on the AAA Web site.
