SAMHSA Releases "Work as a Priority: A Resource for Employing People Who Have a Serious Mental Illness and Who Are Homeless"
The Substance Abuse and Mental Health Services Administration (SAMHSA), Center for Mental Health Services, Homeless Programs Branch has released a guidebook intended to provide a foundation, both conceptually and in practice, to increase employment among people who are homeless and have a serious mental illness. Entitled "Work as a Priority: A Resource for Employing People Who Have a Serious Mental Illness and Who Are Homeless," this resource is available as an Adobe Acrobat publication on the SAMHSA site.
