    Cerebral Palsy Association of British Columbia (CPABC) is an independent, not-for-profit Association led by a Volunteer Board of Directors. The CPABC was founded in 1954 by a group of concerned parents who wanted the best possible opportunities for their children living with Cerebral Palsy (CP).
