    The EP Foundation for Education, Inc. is a not-for-profit corporation set up as a result of the good works of Exceptional Parent Magazine Publisher and CEO, Joseph Valenzano, Jr. and the Steering Committee of the first World Congress and Exposition on Disabilities (WCD). EPFE is dedicated to educating parents, and professionals, on all aspects of specific disabilities and to further the knowledge in the field of special needs.
