    APS is organized and functions exclusively for scientific and educational purposes. Its goals are to advance SCI patient care, promote research and education related to spinal cord impairment, provide a forum for the review of scientific findings and recognize physicians and researchers whose careers are devoted to the problems of spinal cord impairment.
