The National Council on Disabilities (NCD) has granted permission to the Fundacion ONCE, a disability nonprofit organization in Madrid, Spain, to translate NCD's The Future report into Spanish. Fundation ONCE noted in a letter to NCD that the report "is of great importance because the American example can be useful in other European countries where the analysis and reflections on these subjects are not at this stage yet." The translated version will be available on the NCD Web site and disseminated to disability organizations.
