    NICHCY Logo National Dissemination Center for Children with Disabilities (formerly NICHCY) is an information and referral center that provides information on disabilities and disability-related issues as well as referrals to a wide network of specialists from agencies and organizations across the country. The focus is on education and children and youth, ages birth to 22 years.
