    Life Plan Trust is a private, non-profit corporation which provides information on future planning for families of persons with disabilities. The organization grew out of a need expressed by families: how to ensure long term personal advocacy and financial management services for their loved ones. Life Plan Trust is a service program of UCP-NC, the ARC of NC, NAMI North Carolina, and the Autism Society of NC.
