Contracts with local agencies to provide services to elderly: case management, legal, information and referral, in-home services, respite care, adult day care, mental health counseling, nutrition and transportation. Medicaid services for age 65+ and persons 18-64 with disabilities. Includes community-based in-home service. Information and referral to Adult Care Homes, Residential Care Facilities, Nursing Facilities, food stamps for people age 60+. Adult Protective services, public guardian / conservator, and Gatekeeper programs.
