    The Chronic Fatigue and Immune Dysfunction Syndrome Association (CFIDS) is the nation's leading501(c)(3) charitable organization dedicated to conquering chronic fatigue and immune dysfunction syndrome (CFIDS), also known as chronic fatigue syndrome (CFS), myalgic encephalomyelitis (ME) and many other names. Since 1987 the Association's efforts to expand education and research have greatly enhanced understanding of this complex and debilitating illness.
