    NISH, formerly the National Industries for the Severely Handicapped, is a national nonprofit agency that assists community rehabiliation programs (CPRs) nationwide in expanding job opportunities for people with severe disabilities. NISH provides technical assistance to CPRs and helps them obtain federal funding contracts thrpough the Javits-Wagner-O'Day (JWOD) Program. Information is available to the public.
