    Ozark Independent Living (OIL) was created to provide independent living services to persons with disabilities who reside in the following counties in Missouri: Oregon, Ozark, Shannon, Wright, Howell, Texas, and Douglas. OIL is non-profit, non-residential supported by grants, donations, and volunteers.
