Guiding Eyes for the Blind

    611 Granite Springs Road
    Yorktown Heights, NY 10598
Blue and white drawing of a woman hugging a dog. Behind them is a rising sun. To the right of the drawing are the words 'Guiding Eyes for the Blind' written in blue letters.

In 1954, Guiding Eyes for the Blind was founded upon a simple and beautiful premise; to enrich the lives of blind and visually impaired men and women. Since that time, Guiding Eyes has graduated more than 5,000 guide dog teams. The men and women who have received our dogs and worked with our professional trainers have returned to their communities with greater independence and with new horizons of opportunity.
