Funding Available to Morris County Residents for Home Modifications and Assistive Technology

United Cerebral Palsy of Northern, Central, and Southern New Jersey, Inc. is happy to announce that the agency has been awarded $5,000 by the Children's Home Foundation, a charitable trust administered by the United Way of Morris County. Funding received for the Children's Home Foundation will be utilized to support the continuation of the Morris County Children's Home Accessibility Services. This program provides financial assistance to financially needy families of children with disabilities in Morris County for assistive devices, equipment, home modifications or vehicle repair. The intent of this service is to provide assistance to those families who have exhausted all other possible sources of funding and/or assistance.

Eligibility
Children with disabilities who are served by this service must be under the age of 21, reside in Morris County and be part of a family unit with an annual income that falls within the following guidelines. The guidelines are taken from the New Jersey Cares 2007 Poverty-Related Income Standards.
