UCP's Family Support Specialist is an advocate for families of children and adults with disabilities who have transitional needs. Dedicated to providing support and direction in exploring educational and vocational options, she is available for IEP and IHP consultation and to work with families in transition to develop individualized support through Real Life Choices.

She is also a certified facilitator for Essential Lifestyle Planning and handles all other Information and Resource requests for the agency.

Having raised and advocated for a son with disabilities, she is uniquely qualified to assist families with informational and emotional support.
