Tenants are responsible for their own cooking and cleanup, upkeep of their private bedroom, general housekeeping of common areas, transportation and arranging for any personal care assistants.

Preference will be given to residents of Morris County and persons whose disability includes mobility impairment. Applicants for tenancy must meet the low and moderate income limits established by the New Jersey Council on Affordable Housing. The monthly rent per person is 30% of the individual income. Rent is inclusive of utilities except individual telephone and cable services.
