	School to Adult Life Transition Services

	Transitional Services to High School Students are provided on a fee-for-service basis and include: Vocational Profiles (Level III Assessments) Consultation on IEP's (Individualized Education Plan) Vocational Planning and Curriculum Job Development Job Coaching Tours, Internships and Job Shadowing Opportunities are available.
