AIM is designed for individuals in need of direct staff support, transportation and activity planning. Individuals must be able to identify their needs for meal assistance and toileting to staff and maintain appropriate behavior in public. Activities and outings are planned according to various community activities. The cost varies according to the event.

Transportation is provided in most parts of Erie County for a nominal fee. Wheelchair accessible vans will provide service from the individual's home.
