	Primary Medical Care

	UCP's team provides and coordinates medical management of acute and chronic illness, as well as provides routine preventative medical care. UCP offers 24 hour continuity of care as well as comprehensive coordination of care with other physicians and specialists. UCP's specialists include a neurologist, podiatrist, dentist, and medical rehabilitation specialists in Occupational, Physical and Speech Therapy. Staff are on call 24 hours a day. Updated: 01/11/2001
