	Information and Referral

	UCP regularly fields calls for assistance. These calls range from service inquiries and equipment needs to requests for medical guidance and resource acquisition. A resource directory is maintained in each service location to support the provision of accurate and timely information. All UCP program staff are trained to swiftly and accurately respond to inquiries for assistance, whether the outcome is enrollment in UCP services or referral to another source to meet the individual’s specific needs.
