	Activities for Youths in Transition

	In addition, the Family Services Program offers a variety of information and support to families with children who have disabilities. Rounding out the array of program services is the Teen Group that serves youths 12 through 20 years of age, with a variety of fun activities as well as opportunities for social interaction.
