Because we believe individuals with disabilities should have the opportunity to make informed decisions about where they live, work and play, we designed the Community Support Services Program to better assist them to live a “Life without Limits.” Through this program, we offer a comprehensive array of support services, which promote quality of life through education, experience and exposure in the community.
In-Home Supports Services
Enables an individual to remain in their own home or apartment with the support of a part or full-time, live-in caregiver.
Respite Services
Provides scheduled care for an individual to relieve the primary caregiver if necessary.
Personal Care Assistant (PCA) Services
Provides one-on-one service for an individual at home or in the community, which includes bathing, toileting, dressing and feeding assistance.
Non-Residential Support Services
Provides individualized training geared toward enhancing an individual's participation and ability to access their community.
Companion Services
Enables an individual to learn new skills and acquire new interests, foster self-esteem and develop independence, healthy living and community connections.
