The UCP Program Without Walls (PWW) offers a hands-on community-integrated program tailored to the specific needs and requests of the consumer.
The consumer along with their parent/caretaker, coordinator, teacher and the PWW manager work as a team to design a program that allows the consumer the opportunity to set and reach their goals and objectives.
Together, they design and plan of activities that will allow them to reach their desired goals and objectives. With each participant's objectives in mind, they plan activities to assist in reaching each goal, and implement them through the programs design. Throughout this process, their program is continually assessed to ensure we are reaching the consumers needs and goals.
