Employment Services
The UCP Employment Program assists people with disabilities in the process of seeking, securing, and maintaining jobs and provides technical assistance to companies regarding job modifications, job sharing, and compliance under the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA).

You can support individuals with developmental disabilities in gainful employment by making use of our Fulfillment Services.
