	Case Management

	Each year, the Board of Directors of United Cerebral Palsy Association of Greater Indiana re-commits to our decision to provide assistance to our clients rather than to provide direct services than can (or should) be provided by others. With the exception of financial assistance and contracted services (e.g., clinics, camps, etc.), we use the knowledge and skills of our staff to inform, refer and assist our clients in identifying, choosing and obtaining the services they need. UCPAGI's Case Management service creates a partnership between our staff and our clients directed at the goal of improving the quality of life for Hoosiers with cerebral palsy and their families.
