Mentor Program
The goal of the Mentor Program is to provide a smooth transition for each employee into the job by having an exisiting employee be assigend as a peer mentor. The Mentoring Program capitalizes on the knowledge and experiences of UCP of Southern Maryland's successful role models to help develop future leaders, promote team work and broaden the perspective of all participating members. The Mentoring Program fully supports the mission, vision, values and goals of UCP of Southern Maryland.
