3. Job Development
Employee watering plantsOnce the Vocational Assessment is completed and a recommendation for employment is made, Job Development services are provided. UCP’s Job Developer will meet with the program participant to identify potential places of employment and to provide the support necessary for the individual to become successfully employed.
