P.A. Provisions
If you are traveling with a PA, before you leave, make sure your arrangement/agreement with your PA is clear between both parties. Make sure their duties are outlined: when they are “on” and when they are “off”. You may wish to address how they conduct themselves, if it’s a business trip. Clarify if you or they are responsible for their own meals, tips, etc. If appropriate, put an agreement in writing.
