Public Service Announcement Campaign
United Cerebral Palsy of Michigan has been in contact with TV and radio stations around the state, asking them to broadcast its public service announcements (PSAs)..
The radio PSA features a woman named Hirba Rierra who speaks using a computerized voice. There are four TV PSAs, one feauturing a man named Kenny getting ready for work using assistive equipment, and one featuring a girl named Alyssia participating in her school spelling bee with her computerized voice.
The PSAs promote UCP Michigan’s goal of Life without limits for people with disabilities.UCP Michigan wants more people with disabilities and their families to know that we are here to serve them. You can help by contacting your local radio and television stations and asking them to air UCP Michigan’s PSAs!
Thanks to Josephine and Jim Jabarra from Our Small Planet and to Dae Lowry from Lansing Community College for adding UCP Michigan’s toll-free number to the PSAs.
