UCP of Central Maryland Hired Cathleen Bradley as Vice President of Human Resources
Pikesville, Md.—United Cerebral Palsy of Central Maryland (UCP-CM) recently hired Cathleen A. Bradley as its vice president of human resources where she is responsible for overseeing human resources throughout the organization.
Prior to joining UCP-CM, Bradley served as director of human resources for Reactive Nano Technologies in Hunt Valley, Md. Her past work experience also includes managing of a 24-hour staffing agency; working as a Maryland licensed health/life insurance agent; and serving as an executive administrator for a multi-site radiology practice, nursing home administrative facility and large academic medical system.
Beyond her professional achievements, Bradley is a member of the Society for Human Resource Management, The Johns Hopkins University Alumni Association, Citizen’s Advisory Committee for County Schools and the GFWC Linthicum’s Women’s Club.
A Baltimore native, Bradley graduated from the University of Maryland and received her master’s degree in applied behavioral sciences from Johns Hopkins University. Currently, she lives in Linthicum Heights, Md.
UCP of Central Maryland is a nonprofit organization promoting the independence, productivity and full citizenship of children and adults with cerebral palsy and other disabilities. Founded in 1953 and headquartered in Baltimore County, the agency serves people in Baltimore City and 18 counties in Maryland, providing special education and therapeutic services for children, as well as residential services and in-home support, day programs, respite care, and assistive technology.
