United Cerebral Palsy Rebranding Underway

UCP of Orange County Executive Director Paul Pulver standing with new building signageSince July, United Cerebral Palsy affiliates have led an aggressive refreshing of the national UCP brand in their local communities. Affiliates continue to adjust their corporate marketing materials, including UCP of Orange County who has redesigned building signs and electronic communications to support the new brand.

The national United Cerebral Palsy marketing strategy seeks to correct low name recognition of "UCP," which only 6% of the public could identify according to a 2000 Harris Interactive survey.

Redesigning the logo to include "United Cerebral Palsy" should boost national name recognition to about 70%, which will aid local and national marketing, development, and advocacy efforts.

Electronic affiliate logo, stationery, and business card files are available in the Marketing and Communications section of the UCP intranet. Guidelines for using your new affiliate logo are also available on the intranet.

Questions about electronic logo files, stationery, business cards, and style guidelines can be directed to Terrie King.
