    Disability Services A Safety Awareness Program (ASAP) of SafePlace is dedicated to ending violence against people with disabilities through prevention and intervention activities, including personal safety and healthy relationship education for people with disabilities; educating professionals and family members about signs of abuse and strategies for preventing abuse; and counseling survivors of domestic, sexual and caregiver abuse. On an international level, SafePlace provides a resource lending library, a training curriculum on abuse prevention, and free informational fact sheets relating to personal safety and people with disabilities.
