Office for Disability Issues Canada
-
PO Box 9567
STNPROVGOT; Victoria BC V8W 9K1
The Office for Disability Issues is a policy and planning office rather than a program and client-service office. The staff do not have a case-load of clients. Each deals with issues - the broader picture. The specific, individual cases usually reflect broader issues so they are naturally of interest to the ODI.
Individual situations often show the systemic problems or issues being faced by the larger disability community. This is reflected in the way that the Strategy and the ODI have been funded by the government.
