The goal of the Disability Policy Collaboration is to impact national public policy for people with developmental disabilities, including those with cerebral palsy and intellectual disability, and their friends, families and loved ones.

Winners on Wheels

    A great site for kids who use wheelchairs. It gives them a chance to communicate online with other children with mobility impairments. The goal of the program is to help kids develop self-esteem and promote independence.
