Rehab Council Customer Satisfaction Survey
The Pennsylvania Rehabilitation Council (PaRC), as stated in the Rehabilitation Act, is responsible for conducting a yearly review and analysis of the effectiveness of Pennsylvania’s vocational rehabilitation services and customer satisfaction. The survey will be conducted beginning March 1 and will end on April 30, 2009. If you have used state vocational rehabilitation services, please take a few minutes to complete this survey online at http://www.parac.org/survey_09.html
PaRC Customer Satisfaction Committee
members read every one of the completed surveys and will provide the PA
Office of Vocational Rehabilitation (OVR) with all data collected. Customer
Satisfaction Committee members use the data collected from this survey,
especially in areas that need improvement, and work with OVR throughout the
year to improve those service areas.
