Cute As Can Be Contest Winners Announced
On Sunday (9/12): United Cerebral Palsy (UCP) of Mobile announced its grand prize, first and second runner-up winners for the 2010 Cute As Can Be Photo Contest. Anna Maria and Andrew Province took home the top prize by collecting $649 in donations. The photo of Adam Townsend (who raised $374.71) earned the first runner-up position, and Jayna Kiernan finished off the top three with the third highest donation total of $193.
The winners were amongst 51 total entries in the contest. From September 9 through 12, photos were posted at Bel Air Mall: allowing family, friends, and mall patrons the opportunity to show support for their favorite. Each dollar donated equaled 100 votes.
All proceeds from the Cute As Can Be Photo Contest benefit United Cerebral Palsy and its local support programs for children and adults with disabilities.
