President's Message
The board is pleased to be in an exciting period of growth and new program development and as we embark on this new journey, I am delighted and proud, on behalf of the Board of Directors of United Cerebral Palsy of the Golden Gate, to introduce Mary Jo Bernardo our new Executive Director. The Board is absolutely delighted in our selection of Mary Jo, as we believe we’ve identified a leader who shares the Boards passion for service and commitment to our constituents; has vast experience and knowledge of program development; and possesses all of the essential qualities of management that will make her a very effective steward of the agency and its resources. In order to fulfill the Agency’s promise and the Board’s desire for UCPGG to become a lifespan resource for individuals, families, friends, and service providers who are impacted by Cerebral Palsy and other disabilities under Mary Jo’s leadership UCPGG will endeavor to broaden the range and scope of our services through new program initiatives and/or collaboration with other service providers. Please join me in welcoming Mary Jo into our family and join the Board in assisting her as she embarks on this new and exciting period of program development and growth!!
