Camp Lenape Applications
Below you will find your 2010 application for United Cerebral Palsy’s (UCP) summer program, Camp Lenape. Camp dates are July 6 to August 13, and the hours will be 7 a.m. to 6 p.m. Camp Lenape is open to children with and without disabilities. Ages for children with disabilities are 3 - 21, and 6 - 13 without disabilities. Our program will include sports, arts and crafts, computers, and swimming, with special events and guests throughout the summer. If you are interested in being a volunteer or a counselor for Camp Lenape, please use the application below. The applications will need to be printed and then filled out and mailed.
