Description
Assist the Assoc. Ex. Director supporting individuals with developmental disabilities in a variety of community based RTS support settings; supervise RTS Coordinators; follow-up on Quality Assurance reports to satisfy operational & maintenance issues are satisfied.
Requirements
Bachelors Degree (Masters Degree preferred); 5-7 years of progressively responsible experience delivering community based services for individuals with dd; exp in RTS programs; superior written and verbal communication skills; highly organized; excellent interpersonal skills; budgetary skill; flexible; team player; high energy; a “whatever it takes” attitude.
