• Manufacture, delivery, or trafficking of cannabis; delivery of cannabis on school grounds, or delivery to person under 18; violation by person under 18, calculated criminal cannabis conspiracy [720 ILCS 550/5, 5.1, 5.2, 7, and 9] (formerly Ill.
