2010 Spirit Award Nomination
The Spirit Award is intended for:"An individual with cerebral palsy from Bendon, Stearns or Sherburne county or once served by UCP-CM who has demonstrated community volunteerism, leadership and the ability to meet and rise above the challenges of living with cerebral palsy with spirit and determination."
If you know someone that fits that description nominate them here!!
The deadline for nomination forms is September 1st. The Spirit Award will be given at the UCP Annual Dinner meeting on October 12th, 2010(location to be determined).
