Strategic Plan 2007-2012
The first step in any strategic planning process is to make key agreements to answer the question “What will the process look like?” In November 2006 a committee of staff members representing all departments of the organization took on the task of answering that question through discussions of the perceived issues facing the organization that would drive the needs of the process, as well as the desired outcomes for the plan.
