The Alliance for Infants and Toddlers serves as the Service Coordination unit for families of children recieving Early Intervention services (birth to 3 years of age) in Allegheny County. The Alliance enables families to locate the most appropriate services for their child and family, focus on positive, practical ways of helping their child with a variety of daily activities, and participate in these supports in their home and community. The Alliance is available to any Allegheny County family with concerns about their child's development or if their child is at risk for developmental delays due to such factors as prematurity or a stay in a Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU).
