Kids on the Go serves children who are 21 years of age or under and whose need for mobility equipment is not met by any other source, including family, school or insurance. Requests can be made no more than once in three years. Equipment to be funded; wheelchairs, stair glides, adaptive car seats, walkers, standers, adaptive bikes and trikes, etc.
