DCARA is a non-profit, community-based social service agency serving the deaf community, providing the hearing community with information about deafness and related issues, and deaf and hard-of-hearing communities with access to services and counseling. They also offer the Deaf Store, an online store selling, among other things, adaptive devices for people who are hard-of-hearing and deaf-blind.
