58 chili cooking teams, 50 judges, over 100 volunteers, and hundreds of people who faithfully attend UCP's annual Chili Challenge all came together to make this year's event an unqualified success! Things are heating up for this year's Annual Chili Challenge - UCPs only fund raising event. This fun-filled day packs the St. Joseph Civic Arena with dedicated chili cooking contestants and a huge public crowd.
