Supervised Apartment - Bridgewater
The supervised apartment is an accessible first floor condominium located on Lindsley Drive in Somerset county. It serves two adults with developmental disabilities. The funding, monitoring and licensing of this apartment is provided by DDD.
Staff presently provides supervision during all hours of daily service at a ratio of 1 staff to 2 service recipients. This includes all hours when service recipients are not in day programs and also includes overnight supervision. This supervision is provided 365 days a year. The people served in this apartment participate fully in the development and delivery of services. Services are comprehensive and are developed individually as part of the IHP process.
