Capital Connections

Capital Connections was developed by Goodwill Industries of Central Pennsylvania, Inc. and UCP Central PA to provide a one-stop system for adults with mental and physical disabilities, providing the participants with a variety of choices for enhanced daytime opportunities. Capital Connections combines its efforts to identify and measure achievable outcomes for participants and the collaboration itself.

Program Goals

• More choice for individuals
• Individualized, person-centered planning
• More meaningful, relevant day time activities
• Greater involvement in and with the community
• Involvement with on-going volunteer projects, providing a connection to the community
