Rehabilitation Council Support Project

This service has been developed to provide staff support to the Office of Vocational Rehabilitation’s (OVR) Rehabilitation Council (RC). The RC is an independent, consumer controlled volunteer body, which facilitates consumer input into the development of OVR policies and services. PL 102-569, the Rehabilitation Act Amendments and re-authorization, has mandated formation of an RC in each state. The Act establishes funding for the operation and staffing of the RCs. UCP Central PA provides administrative and logistical services to the RC in coordination with OVR.
